AMENDMENT OF THE RULES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY
These Rules are made to take account of the fact that, by virtue of Ordinance No. 67 of 1985, the Court of Petty Sessions is to be known as the Magistrates’ Court from 1 February 1986. They effect no substantive change.
