Amendments of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory
These amendments become necessary as a result of the Companies Act 1981 superseding the Companies Ordinance 1962.
The new Order 75A will regulate the procedure and practice of the Court in the exercise of its jurisdiction under the Companies Act 1981 and consequential amendments have been made to other Orders. The existing Order 75 will apply to proceedings instituted before the date of commencment of the Companies Act.
