AMENDMENT OF THE RULES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY
These rules are required to govern the procedure in the Court for proceedings under the Mental Health Ordinance 1983, which has recently come into operation. At the time of this explanatory statement, no such proceedings have been commenced, but it is expected that some will soon be commenced.
