REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1966.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903-1966.

Amendments of the Royal Military College Regulations†

Responsibilities.

1. Regulation 22 of the Royal Military College Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (b) the word “for”.

Pay.

2. Regulation 46 of the Royal Military College Regulations is amended by omitting the table in sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the following table:—

Allowances.

3. Regulation 47 of the Royal Military College Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (b) the words “One dollar seventeen cents” and inserting in their stead the words “One dollar twenty-two cents”.

Application.

4. The rates of pay provided for in regulation 46 of the Royal Military College Regulations as amended by these Regulations and the rates of allowance provided for in regulation 47 of those Regulations as amended by regulation 3 of these Regulations apply in respect of service as a cadet on and after the nineteenth day of December, 1969.
