REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1956.*
I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903-1956.

AMENDMENTS OF THE ROYAL MILITARY COLLEGE REGULATIONS.†
Commencement.
1. Sub-regulation (1.) of regulation 2, and regulation 3, of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the fourteenth day of July, 1961.
Pay.
2.—(1.) Regulation 46 of the Royal Military College Regulations is amended by omitting the table in sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the following table:—

Third Class ....................... | Nineteen shillings and sixpence |
Second Class ...................... | One pound one shilling and ninepence |

(2.) Regulation 46 of the Royal Military College Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (3.) the words “One shilling and sixpence” and inserting in their stead the words “Three shillings”.
Allowances.
3. Regulation 47 of the Royal Military College Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (b) the words “Nine shillings and sixpence” and inserting in their stead the words “Nine shillings and ninepence”.
