REVOCATION OF THE PROHIBITION ON ENTERING OR REMAINING IN CERTAIN AREAS OF LORD HOWE MARINE PARK

 

I, Kim Farrant, Assistant Secretary, Marine Parks Branch, the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment, acting under delegation from the Director of National Parks and pursuant to subregulation 12.23(3) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2000 HEREBY REVOKE the prohibition made on 21 May 2020 (C2020G00425) in relation to entering or remaining in all areas that comprise the Recreational Use Zone (IUCN IV) of the Lord Howe Marine Park.
