Revocation of registration - Integrity Life Australia Limited 2025

Life Insurance Act 1995

To: Integrity Life Australia Limited ACN 089 981 073 (‘ILAL’) Since:

1.           ILAL is registered under section 21 of the Act (‘the registration’);

1.           APRA is satisfied that ILAL has no liabilities in respect of life insurance business carried on by it in Australia, by virtue of the assignment of its previous liabilities, as approved by APRA, under subsection 27A(4) of the Act;

1.            APRA is satisfied the company has ceased to carry on life insurance business in Australia; and

1.           APRA determined the notice procedures under subsection 26(2) of the Act did not apply as it could result in a delay in revocation that would be contrary to the public interest,

I, Carmen Beverley-Smith, a delegate of APRA, under subsection 26(1) of the Act, revoke ILAL’s registration.

The revocation commences on 16 April 2025. Dated: 16 April 2025

Interpretation

Act means the Life Insurance Act 1995.

APRA means the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority.
