Paragraph 83(2)(a)
REVOCATION OF NOMINATED CARRIER DECLARATION
I, Dominic Byrne, delegate of the Australian Communications and Media Authority, acting under paragraph 83(2)(a) of the Telecommunications Act 1997 and being satisfied that:
(a) Wi-Sky Queensland Pty Ltd (ACN 613 554 546) is the owner of the network units in relation to which Field Solutions Group Pty Ltd (ACN 155 490 074) was granted a nominated carrier declaration under subsection 81(1) of the Telecommunications Act 1997 on 16 March 2017 (the ‘Nominated Carrier Declaration’); and
(b) Wi-Sky Queensland Pty Ltd (ACN 613 554 546) has given the ACMA a written notice stating that it does not consent to the continued operation of the Nominated Carrier Declaration;
revoke the Nominated Carrier Declaration under paragraph 83(2)(a) of the Telecommunications Act 1997.
