Subsection 83(2)(b)
REVOCATION OF NOMINATED CARRIER DECLARATION
I, Dominic Byrne, delegate of the Australian Communications and Media Authority (‘the ACMA’), acting under paragraph 83(2)(b) of the Telecommunications Act 1997 and being satisfied that:
(a) LBNCo Pty Ltd (ACN 073 226 114) is the owner of the network units in relation to which ClubLINKS Telco Pty Ltd (ACN 118 286 801) was granted a nominated carrier declaration under subsection 81(1) of the Telecommunications Act 1997 on 26 June 2008 (the ‘Nominated Carrier Declaration’); and
(b) ClubLINKS Telco Pty Ltd (ACN 118 286 801) has given the ACMA a written notice stating that it does not accept responsibility for the network units specified in the Nominated Carrier Declaration;
revoke the Nominated Carrier Declaration under paragraph 83(2)(b) of the Telecommunications Act 1997.
