REVOCATION OF EXEMPTIONS FROM HOLDING, CARRYING OR DISPLAYING A MARITIME SECURITY IDENTIFICATION

CARD

 

 

I, PAULINE SULLIVAN, General Manager, Transport Security Operations, Office of

Transport Security, and delegate of the Secretary, revoke the exemptions made under regulation 6.07M of the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security

Regulations 2003 as set out in the following notices:

 

  •                  notice M01326 published in the Gazette (C2014G00411) on 7 March 2014;
  •                  notice M01650 published in the Gazette (C2014G01498) on 4 September 2014;
  •                  notice NTC-4780 published in the Gazette (C2014G01820) on 5 November 2014; and
  •                  notice NTC5060 published in the Gazette (C2014G02067) on 15 December 2014.

 

This revocation commences on the day this notice is published in the Gazette.
