REVOCATION OF DETERMINATION PROHIBITING USE OF VESSELS  
 

KAKADU NATIONAL PARK

 

 

I, kate turneR, Assistant Secretary, Kakadu and Strategic Priorities Branch, Parks Australia Division, Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment, delegate of the power of the Director of National Parks under subregulation 12.56(2) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2000, HEREBY REVOKE the prohibition made by me on 11 September 2020 in relation to the use of vessels in an area of the East Alligator River.
