REVIEW OF MAWSON’S HUTS HISTORIC SITE MANAGEMENT PLAN 2013-2018
The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, as manager of the National Heritage place and Commonwealth Heritage place, is conducting a review of the Mawson’s Huts Historic Site Management Plan 2013-2018.
Under sections 324W and 341X of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, the Department invites comment on:
(i) whether the plan is consistent with the National Heritage management principles;
(ii) the effectiveness of the plan in protecting and conserving the National Heritage values of the place;
(iii) whether the plan is consistent with the Commonwealth Heritage management principles; and
(iv) the effectiveness of the plan in protecting and conserving the Commonwealth Heritage values of the place.
