REGULATIONS UNDER THE RESERVE BANK ACT 1959.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Reserve Bank Act 1959.

Amendments of the Reserve Bank Regulations.†
1. Regulation 5a of the Reserve Bank Regulations is repealed and the following regulation inserted in its stead:—
Primary Produce.
“5a. For the purposes of sub-section (4.) of section 57 of the Act, goods specified in the Second Schedule to these Regulations are prescribed primary produce.”.
First Schedule.
2. The heading to the Schedule to the Reserve Bank Regulations is omitted and the following headings are inserted in its stead:—
“THE SCHEDULES.
FIRST SCHEDULE.”.
Second Schedule.
3. The Reserve Bank Regulations are amended by adding at the end thereof the following Schedule:—
“SECOND SCHEDULE. Regulation 5a.
PRESCRIBED PRIMARY PRODUCE.
Almonds.
Honey.”.
