Appointment of the collecting society
I, Mitch Fifield, Minister for Communications and the Arts, acting under paragraph
35(2)(a) of the Resale Royalty Right for Visual Artists Act 2009 (the Act), appoint
Copyright Agency Ltd (ACN 001 228 799) as the collecting society for the purposes
of the Act, for a period of five years commencing on 28 November 2018 and ending
on 27 November 2023.
