I, Bronwen Shelley, General Counsel, a delegate of the Clean Energy Regulator (Regulator) under s 156(1) of the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Act 2000, having considered an application made by the person specified below (the applicant) to operate a designer and installer accreditation scheme for the purposes of the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001 (Regulations), hereby approve that application under r 20BG(a) of the Regulations.
