STATUTORY RULES 1984 NO. 401

REMUNERATION TRIBUNALS (MEMBERS’ FEES AND ALLOWANCES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT)

Section 12 of the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973 provides that a member of the Remuneration Tribunal shall be paid such fees and allowances as are prescribed.

These regulations amend the Remuneration Tribunals (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Regulations to increase the fees payable to members by the 11.7% increase determined by the Remuneration Tribunal in June 1984 for part-time public officeholders within its jurisdiction.
