STATUTORY RULES 1986 NO. 17

REMUNERATION TRIBUNALS (MEMBERS’ FEES AND ALLOWANCES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT)

Section 12 of the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973 provides that a member of the Remuneration Tribunal shall be paid such fees and allowances as are prescribed.

These regulations amend the Remuneration Tribunals (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Regulations to increase the fees payable to members by the 3.8% increase as handed down in the National Wage Case decision on 4 November 1985.
