Section 9F Notice

 

REMOVAL OF ENTRY FROM THE AUSTRALIAN REGISTER OF THERAPEUTIC GOODS

 

On 6 October 2015, a delegate of the Secretary of the Department of Health decided under section 9F of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (‘the Act’) to remove the entry of the following goods from the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG):

ARTG listing number:  121546

Name of the goods:  Germbuster Anti-bacterial Hand Gel

Sponsor:  Concept Laboratories Pty Ltd

The date of effect of the decision is 17 November 2015.

The reason for the removal is that the Secretary is satisfied that the goods are not therapeutic goods.
