Regulatory Powers (Standardisation Reform—Schedule 12) Commencement Proclamation 2018
I, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Regulatory Powers (Standardisation Reform) Act 2017, fix 31 March 2018 as the day on which Schedule 12 to that Act commences.
