Registration of Deaths Abroad Amendment Commencement Proclamation 2017
I, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Registration of Deaths Abroad Amendment Act 2016, fix 16 February 2017 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
