THE AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY makes this determination under subsection 98 (1) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Radiocommunications (Transmitter and Receiver Licences) Determination1 is amended as set out in this determination.

Note:  This determination commences on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, ss 46A and 48.

2.   Schedule 2 (Receiver licences)

2.1   Add at the end of the Schedule:

“4       space receive”.
