An Act to repeal the Rabbit Skins Export Charges Act 1940–1942 and the Rabbit Skins Export Charges Appropriation Act 1940.

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—
Short title.
1. This Act may be cited as the Rabbit Skins Export Charges Legislation Repeal Act 1955.
Repeal.
2. The following Acts are repealed:—
Rabbit Skins Export Charges Act 1940;
Rabbit Skins Export Charges Act 1942;
Rabbit Skins Export Charges Appropriation Act 1940.
