Queensland - Class Permit 147-TH-14 Log Timber Concession Amendment Notice 2016 (No. 1)
1 Purpose
(1) The purpose of this Notice is to temporarily extend the operation of a Notice issued under a former corresponding law for the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
2 Authorising Provision(s)
(1) This Notice is made under Section 23 of Schedule 1 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
3 Period of operation
(1) This Notice commences on the date of publication in the Commonwealth Gazette.
4 Notice amended
(1) This Notice amends the Class Permit 147-TH-14 Log Timber Concession published by the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads on 7 February 2014.
5 Clauses amended
(1) Clause 1.1 is amended as follows—
(a) Omit ’07 February 2016’, and insert ’30 June 2016’.
