Quarantine (Declared Places — Yellow Fever) Declaration 2004

Quarantine Act 1908

I, TONY ABBOTT, Minister for Health and Ageing, acting under section 12 of the Quarantine Act 1908, declare that a place mentioned in Schedule 1 is infected with yellow fever.

This Declaration commences on the commencement of item 14 of Schedule 1 to the Quarantine Amendment (Health) Act 2003.
