THE MANUFACTURE OF THERAPEUTIC GOODS – 22 November 2024
I, Katherine Clark, Delegate of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Aged Care, Therapeutic Goods Administration, for the purpose of Section 41 of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, hereby publish the following details concerning the suspension of a Licence to Manufacture Therapeutic Goods:
Under Section 41(1)(d) of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 the Secretary by notice in writing has suspended the Licence held by:
Golden Health Pty Ltd – LICENCE NO. MI-2015-LI-01228-1 OF 542 SOMERVILLE ROAD, SUNSHINE WEST, VIC, 3020– AT THE REQUEST OF THE MANUFACTURER. THE SUSPENSION TAKES EFFECT FROM 31 october 2024 TO 9 february 2025.
Australia Biotechnology Manufacturing Pty Ltd – LICENCE NO. MI-2022-LI-08268-1 OF 25-27 PACIFIC DRIVE, KEYSBOROUGH, VIC, 3173 – AT THE REQUEST OF THE MANUFACTURER. THE SUSPENSION TAKES EFFECT FROM 15 NovemBER 2024 TO 29 APRIL 2025.
