PUBLICATION OF LIST OF MANUFACTURERS REVOKED FROM LICENSING FOR

THE MANUFACTURE OF THERAPEUTIC GOODS

 

I, Douglas Fenwick, Delegate of the Secretary for the purpose of section 41 of the Therapeutic Goods Act, hereby publish the following details concerning the revocation of a licence to manufacture therapeutic goods:

 

 

Under Section 41(1)(d) of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 the Secretary by notice in writing has revoked the licence held by:

ORTHOGEN AUSTRALIA PTY LTD – LICENCE NO. MI-22032005-LI-000485-1 – ORIGINAL LICENCE NO. 162398 OF PETER MAcCALLUM CANCER INSTITUTE ST ANDREWS PLACE, EAST MELBOURNE, VIC, 3002  – AT THE REQUEST OF THE MANUFACTURER.
