I, Katherine Clark, Delegate of the Secretary of the Department of Health, Therapeutic Goods Administration for the purpose of section 41 of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, hereby publish the following details concerning the revocation of a Licence to Manufacture Therapeutic Goods:

GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Australia Pty Ltd – LICENCE NO. MI-19102004-LI-000015-1 OF 82 Hughes Avenue, Ermington, NSW, 2115 – AT THE REQUEST OF THE MANUFACTURER.
Central Adelaide Local Health Network (operating as SA Pathology) – LICENCE NO. MI-2013-LI-01346-1 OF Infectious Diseases Laboratory Frome Road, ADELAIDE, SA, 5000 – AT THE REQUEST OF THE MANUFACTURER.
