Reason
The ARTG Entry is cancelled under section 41GN(1)(f) of the Act because the products supplied under the ARTG inclusion do not meet the definition of a medical device as certified under section 41BD(a) of the Act at the time of the application. The products are excluded goods under the provisions of subsection 7(4)(b) of the Therapeutic Goods (Excluded Goods) Order No 1 of 2011.
