I, Jane Cook, delegate of the Secretary to the Department of Health and Ageing for the purposes of section 41GP of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (the Act), hereby publish particulars of the cancellation of the following entry of a kind of medical device from the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (the ARTG) under paragraph 41GN (1)(f) of the Act:

Reasons: The delegate of the Secretary under paragraph 41GN(1)(f) of the Act is satisfied that certifications made under paragraphs 41GN (1)(b)(c) and 41FN (3)(c) of the Act in relation to the application for inclusion in the ARTG of the kind of medical device mentioned above are incorrect or no longer correct, in a material particular.
