Public Works Committee (Repetitive Works) Notice 2026
On 14 May 2026, and in accordance with subsection 18(8A)(b) of the Public Works Committee Act 1969 (the Act), the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Public Works agreed that the work described in the Schedule be considered ‘repetitive works’ pursuant to subsection 18(8) of the Act.
I, Katy Gallagher, Minister for Finance, acting under the authority of subsection 18(8A) of the Act, now declare that I am satisfied that the work described in the Schedule is, for the purposes of subsection 18(8A) of the Act, substantially similar to other works that have been carried out, are being carried out or are likely to be carried out from time to time by or for the Commonwealth, or by or for an authority of the Commonwealth to which this Act applies.
