Public Works Committee Regulations (Amendment)
(Issued under the authority of the Minister of State for Administrative Services).
Regulation 12 of the Public Works Committee Regulations provides exemption from Public Works Committee scrutiny of the Australian National Airlines Commission.
As a consequence of the incorporation of the Australian National Airlines Commission as a public company under ACT Companies legislation, to be known as Australian Airlines Limited, there is a need to amend regulation 12 to ensure that the current exemption from the application of the Public Works Committee Act for the Australian National Airlines Commission is amended to cover Australian Airlines Limited.
