REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1964.*
THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1964, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Second Schedule.
3. The Second Schedule to the Public Service. Regulations is amended by omitting item 16 and inserting in its stead the following item:—
" 16. | Observer, Commonwealth Bureau of Meteorology, Department of the Interior | 1. He shall, while in charge of a non-electronic observing station, be paid an allowance at an annual rate equal to the difference between his rate of annual salary and the rate of £1,402 per annum. |

| 2. He shall, while in charge of an electronic observing station, be paid an allowance at an annual rate equal to the difference between his rate of annual salary and the rate of £1,487 per annum". |
