REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1968.*
THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1968, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service Regulations†
Salaries payable to officers of the Fourth Division.
1. Regulation 106 is amended by omitting sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (11.).
First Schedule.
2. Part III. of the First Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended by omitting Item 48.
Second Schedule.
3. The Second Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended by inserting after Item 3 the following item:—
“ 3aa Clerical Assistant, Grade 3
1. He shall, if he is performing the duties of an office in the Department of Health, be paid an allowance at the rate of $58.00 per annum for each day on which he is employed solely on checking prescriptions in respect of treatment provided under the Repatriation Act 1920–1970.”.
