REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

AMENDMENTS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS*

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 February 1980.

Broken Hill allowance

2. Regulation 103b of the Public Service Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) “ $10.20 ” and. substituting “ $12.40 ”; and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) “ $5.10 ” and substituting “ $6.20 ”.
