REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1960.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1960, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

AMENDMENTS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS.†

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the eighth day of September, 1960.

2. Regulation 104 of the Public Service Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from Table A in sub-regulation (1.) the figures “385”, “455”, “523”, “589”, “655” and “3,990” and inserting in their stead the figures “400”, “470”, “548”, “619”, “685” and “3,9000”, respectively.

(b) by omitting the table from sub-regulation (4.) and inserting in its stead the following table:—
