REGULATION UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1968.*

THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1968, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulation.

Amendments of the Public Service Regulations

Second Schedule.

The Second Schedule to the Public Service Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting paragraph (b) (in the third column) of item 1aa and inserting in its stead the following paragraph:—

“(b) he has performed efficiently all the duties of the office of Assistant Photographer; and”; and

(b) by omitting paragraph (b) (in the third column) of item 3b and inserting in its stead the following paragraph:—

“(b) he has performed efficiently all the duties of the office of Dark Room Operator, Grade 1 or Assistant Photographer; and”.
