REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1967.*
THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, acting in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the Public Service Act 1922-1967, hereby makes, subject to the approval of the Governor-General, the following Regulations.

Amendments of the Public Service Regulations†
Salaries payable to officers of the Third Division.
1. Regulation 105 of the Public Service Regulations is amended by inserting after sub-regulation (9.) the following sub-regulations:—
“ (9a.) For the purposes of sub-section (2.) of section 30 of the Act, the scale of rates of annual salary payable to an officer who occupies an office of Dental Therapist (Female) is $2,400-$2,550-$2,700-$2,850-$3,000-$3,150-$3,300.

“ (9b.) The rate of annual salary of an officer who occupies an office of Dental Therapist-in-training (Female) and is of an age specified in the first column of the table in this sub-regulation is the rate specified in the second column of that table opposite to the age of the officer.
