Productivity Commission (Associate Commissioner) Appointment (No. 1) 2026

I, Jim Chalmers, Treasurer, under subsection 25(2) of the Productivity Commission Act 1998, being satisfied the person is eligible for appointment under subsection 25(3) of that Act, appoint Paul Wyrwoll as an Associate Commissioner of the Productivity Commission, on a full‑time basis, for the period beginning on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation until 4 September 2026.
