Primary Industries Research and Development (Representative Organisations—Fisheries Research and Development Corporation) Declaration 2026

I, Julie Collins, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, for the purposes of subsection 7(1) of the Primary Industries Research and Development Act 1989:

1.     declare each of the following organisations to be a representative organisation in relation to the Fisheries Research and Development Corporation:

1.                   Seafood Industry Australia Limited (ABN 45 619 081 364);
2.                  Australian Recreational Fishing Foundation Limited (ABN 89 158 223 940);
3.                Commonwealth Fisheries Association (ABN 15 903 947 429); and

1.     revoke any other declarations made under section 7 of that Act of representative organisations in relation to the Fisheries Research and Development Corporation.

This declaration takes effect on the day it is made.
