Primary Industries Research and Development (Gross Value of Production – Rural Industries for 2024-25) Determination 2025
I, Joanna Stanion, delegate of the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, make this Determination under subsection 32(1A) of the Primary Industries Research and Development Act 1989 (PIRD Act) as it continues to apply under subitem 4(2) of Schedule 4 to the Primary Industries (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Act 2024 in relation to the financial year beginning on 1 July 2024.
For the purposes of subsection 32(1A) of the PIRD Act, the amount of the gross value of production specified in column 2 of an item in the following table for the financial year referred to in that column, is determined for the goods:
- that are the produce of the primary industry (or the class of primary industries) specified in column 1 of that item; and
- in relation to which a levy has been attached to the Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation established under subsection 9(1) of the PIRD Act.
