I, Joanna Stanion, delegate of the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, make this Determination under subsection 32(1A) of the Primary Industries Research and Development Act 1989.
For the purposes of subsection 32(1A) of that Act, the amount of the gross value of production of grain (in relation to which a levy has been attached under paragraph 5(1)(a) of that Act to the Grains Research and Development Corporation) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2022 and ending on 30 June 2023 is determined to be $26,455,199,883.
