1  Name

  This is the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Disbursement (Average Gross Value of Production Amount—Australian Wool Innovation Limited) Determination 2025.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

  This instrument is made under subsection 25(2) of the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Disbursement Act 2024.

4  Definitions

Note: A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in subsection 4(1) of the Act, including the following:

  1.      average gross value of production amount;
  2.      gross value of production amount;
  3.      recipient body.

  In this instrument:

Act means the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Disbursement Act 2024.

Part 2—Average gross value of production amount

5  Average gross value of production amount

 (1) For the purposes of subsection 25(2) of the Act, the average gross value of production amount for the financial year starting on 1 July 2025 in relation to the recipient body that is Australian Wool Innovation Limited (ABN 12 095 165 558) is determined to be $2,853,429,000.00.

 (2) For the purposes of subsections 25(2) and 25(4) of the Act, the following gross value of production amounts were used to determine the average gross value of production amount in subsection (1):

 (a) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2022—$3,118,720,000.00;

 (b) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2023—$2,846,805,000.00;

 (c) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2024—$2,594,762,000.00.
