PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1910.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the undermentioned amended Regulations under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1910, namely:—

Telegrams within the Commonwealth—Urgent Telegrams.
Telephone Regulations.
should come into immediate operation, and make the amended Regulations to come into operation forthwith as Provisional Regulations.

Telegrams within the Commonwealth—Urgent Telegrams.
The regulation under this head (Statutory Rules, 1908, No, 10) is amended by omitting the word and figures “Rule 13,” and inserting in their stead the words and figures “Section 95 (1) of the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1910.”
Telephone Regulations.
Regulation 28 under this head (Statutory Rules, 1912, No. 65) is amended by inserting immediately before the last paragraph thereof the following words and figures:—
“Common Battery Extension Generator and Case … 0.5.0.”
