REGULATIONS UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1934.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1934.

Amendment of the Postal Regulations.†
Braille and Moon articles transmissible free of postage.
1. Regulation 62 of the Postal Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (b) the word “or” (third occurring) and inserting the word “and” in its stead.
Fees for private boxes.
2. Regulation 131 of the Postal Regulations is amended by inserting the following proviso after sub-regulation (2.):—
“Provided that in respect of a private box service which commences in November or December of any year the initial payment in advance shall cover the period from the first day of the month in which the tenancy commences to the end of the month of December in the year next following.”
