REGULATION UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1923.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the undermentioned amended Regulation under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1923, to come into operation on and from 9th March, 1925.

Amendment of the Post and Telegraph Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1913, No. 348, as amended to this date.)
Regulation 231a is amended by adding at the end thereof the following proviso:—
Provided that the charge shall not be made on parcels which contain only bona fide samples having no saleable value and which are admitted into the Commonwealth free of Customs duty.
