REGULATION UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1916.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the undermentioned Regulation under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1916, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of the Post and Telegraph Regulations 1913.
(Statutory Rules 1913, No. 348.)
The following new regulation is inserted before regulation 218:—
Number Posted may be Restricted.
217a. At offices specified by the Postmaster-General it shall be a condition of the receipt of parcels tendered by any person on any one day for transmission that not more than five (5) parcels have been received at that office on that day from that person.
