Notice under Paragraph 15(1)(a)

Port Revocation and Appointment (No. 2610) Port of Weipa

 

I, Melissa Bennett, delegate of the Comptroller-General of Customs, under paragraph 15(1)(a) of the Customs Act 1901 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901:

 

a)     REVOKE all previous notices published in the Gazette appointing the
Port of Weipa, in the state of Queensland;
 

b)     APPOINT as a port the Port of Weipa in the state of Queensland; and

 

c)      FIX the limits of that port within the area shaded in pink in Attachment A to this notice.
