Port Notice of Revocation (2409)
I, William Ries, delegate of the Comptroller-General of Customs, under paragraph 15(1)(a) of the Customs Act 1901 (Customs Act):
REVOKE all notices published in the Gazette appointing the Port known as Port Dampier, in the State of Western Australia pursuant to subsection 15(1)(a) of the Customs Act.
This notice commences on 3 March 2017.
