Notice under Subsection 15(1)(a)

 

Port Notice of Appointment (2595)

 

I, William Ries, delegate of the Comptroller-General of Customs, under paragraph 15(1)(a) of the Customs Act 1901:

 

a)    APPOINT as a Port in the Port of Dampier the area known as Port of Dampier in the State of Western Australia and

 

b)    FIX the limits of that port within the red boundary line indicated in Attachment A to this notice.

 

 

 

 

This notice commences on 3 March 2017.
