PETROLEUM RESOURCE RENT TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 1987
COMBINATION CERTIFICATE (C035)
As the certifying Minister for Section 20 of the Petroleum Resource Rent Tax Assessment Act 1987,
I have issued a combination certificate for production licences WA-28-L and WA-59-L. The production licences are to be treated as a single project for the purposes of the Petroleum Resource Rent Tax Assessment Act 1987 and related Acts.
Subject to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975, a person or persons whose interests are affected by the above decision may make an application to the Tribunal for review of the decision.
